Ingredients:

Matricaria recutita (Chamomile): Promotes restful sleep, helps reduce anxiety, promotes healthy digestion diarrhea, heartburn, hemorrhoids, and more

Melissa officinalis (Lemon Balm): Helps reduce anxiety, insomnia, prevents Alzheimer’s, promotes cognitive function, relieve indigestion and more

Lavandula officinalis (Lavender): Helps relieve anxiety, depression, and insomnia, promotes, healthy sleep, lessons menopause symptoms, relieves asthma symptoms, nausea and more

Avena sativa (Oat Straw): Help aid against depression,and menopause symptoms, used to increase strength of mind and spirit. Useful in treating nervous debility and insomnia and those suffering from nervous exhaustion.

Cymbopogon citratus (Lemon grass): Helps aid with digestive problems, relaxes stomach muscles and gut, relieves cramping pains, and flatulence, aids as a fever reducer.

• Suggestions: Add 1-1 1/2 tsp of loose tea to 8 oz of hot water and steep 5-8 minutes covered. Strain & sweeten with Agave, Raw Honey, or Stevia.
